For Customers

How do I get my photos?

Getting your photos is simple:

1. Scan the QR code displayed by the photographer
2. Join the queue by entering your name, phone, and email
3. Wait for your turn. You'll get notified via email when you're up
4. Get your photo taken by the photographer
5. Receive an email with a link to view your photos
6. Preview, pay, and download. You'll see watermarked previews before purchasing

No app download required.

How long do I have to download my photos?

You have 30 days from the date the photographer uploads your photos to download them. After 30 days, photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with:

All major credit cards
Debit cards
Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available in specific circumstances such as non-delivery, technical issues, or significant quality issues reported before download. See our Refund Policy.

For Photographers

How do I get paid?

You earn 85% of each sale. Sales are tracked in your dashboard and payouts are processed via ACH bank transfer.

Processing time: 3-5 business days
Configure your bank account in settings before requesting payout

What does Shotspot charge?

Shotspot takes a 15% commission on every sale. Stripe processing fees are deducted from the photographer's net payout.

How do I set up payouts?

Log in to your dashboard, open the settings tab, and connect Stripe. Once onboarding is complete you can request payouts from the revenue tab.
