Welcome to Shotspot. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Overview

Shotspot is a queue-based photo session platform that connects photographers with customers. Photographers create sessions, customers scan QR codes to join queues, and receive photos digitally after payment.

2. User Accounts

For Photographers:

  • You must create an account to use Shotspot photographer services
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You must provide accurate and complete signup information

For Customers:

  • No account is required to join a queue or purchase photos
  • Your contact information is used solely to facilitate delivery and notifications

3. Commission Structure

Shotspot takes a 15% commission on every sale. Photographers receive 85% of each transaction, minus Stripe processing fees.

4. Payouts & Withdrawals

  • Minimum payout: $1.00
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for ACH transfers
  • Photographers must configure valid bank account details

5. Copyright & Licensing

Photographers retain full copyright ownership of uploaded photos. Customers receive a personal-use license for purchased photos.

6. Photo Data Retention

Shotspot stores photos for 30 days from upload. After 30 days, photos are permanently deleted.

7. Account Termination

Shotspot reserves the right to terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, abusive behavior, or illegal content.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Impersonation or fraud
  • Interfering with platform operations or scraping data without permission

9. Liability Limitations

Shotspot provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party payment errors, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. For informal resolution, contact shotspotpartners@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Shotspot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
