Key Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once photos have been downloaded. However, we are committed to resolving quality issues and delivery problems.

1. Digital Goods Policy

Photos purchased through Shotspot are digital goods. Once you download your photos, the transaction is considered complete and final.

2. When Refunds Are Available

  • Photos were paid for but never delivered
  • Wrong photos were delivered
  • Technical issues prevented download and support could not resolve them
  • Duplicate charges occurred

3. Quality Issues

If you believe the photos have significant quality issues, contact us before downloading. We may re-edit, replace, or refund depending on the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Timelines vary by payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You changed your mind after downloading the photos

  • You failed to download within the 30-day retention period

7. Photographer Refund Policy

If a refund is issued due to a photographer's error or negligence, Shotspot may deduct the refund amount from the photographer's earnings.

8. Buyer Confidence Guarantee

If you have concerns about quality or delivery, contact us before downloading and we will work with you to ensure a positive experience.

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

Always contact us first for the fastest resolution. Chargebacks can take weeks to process and may not result in a refund.
